Mr. Gregory was a Vietnam vet who served his country for four years, much of that time aboard the USS Kitty Hawk. He earned three Bronze Stars for his actions.

Honor Mission: U S Army, Korean War and Vietnam War Veteran, William Babaian - Seaside, CA
About the Mission:
Col. Babaian served two enlistments spanning the years from 1960 to 1978. He served in Korea and in Vietnam - including action in Counteroffensive Phase VII - and was awarded the Bronze Star with the 1st and 2nd Oak Leaf Clusters. He received recognition from both the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Vietnam, along with a total of four Overseas Service medals.

EVENT "National Veterans Awareness Ride" - West Wendover, NV
The yearly Veterans motorcycle ride from Auburn CA to Washington DC, will be stopping in West Wendover, NV for a brief fuel stop, meet other riders from SLC, UT for riders meeting, then continuing East on I-80 to various destinations across the Country, to be at Arlington National Cemetery, and other Veterans Memorial's by Memorial Day, to pay tribute to ALL of the men and women that have served in our Armed Services over the decades and years for the United States Of America.
Details;
It is located at the East side of the Chevron gas station in parking lot, exit 410 just off I-80 in West Wendover, NV.
Everyone is welcome to attend! The only requirement is RESPECT FOR ALL!
Please be at the parking lot between 10:00 to 10:30 am, as riders will be gathering, and main NVAR riders arriving approximately 10:45 am.
ALL times are MST. (Mountain Standerd Time)
Entire Event is approximately about 1 hour long.
