Memorial Service - Jack Haslem SP 4 United States Army - Susanville, CA

At the request of the family, The Patriot Guard Riders were pleased to participate in a memorial ceremony for Jack Haslem in Susanville Ca... Jack was a Specialist 4 in the United States Army during the Cold War Era. Since his discharge from the military Jack had worked hard within his community to help where ever could. Judging by the number of attendees at these services, I would say that Jack was appreciated by many and his efforts did not go unnoticed.

14 members of the Susanville Chapter and 1 member from the Carson City Chapter of the Patriot Guard Riders were on hand to “ stand the flag line” for our fallen Brother. We were joined by the Marine Corp League and the American Legion.

We all were honored to stand for a man who had stood not only for his Country, but also worked so hard for his community. Jack, your service and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
